Worst of all, Clark just shouting for help just because he's in another body. That was very out of character.

Don't skip it. It's worth watching just for the "What The F**k?" Factor.
I'm not looking forward to this being over. Just 2 episode reviews, a season 4 review and an overall series review to go. So four more things to look forward to, but first I actually have to watch the episodes...
