Actually the more I think about it, the crazier his not mentioning the curse at all them is.

Almost as crazy as their waiting several months to get married after the end of the wedding arc. That made zero sense to me.
Me, either. Almost as much sense as going to one's high school reunion instead of Vegas to get married.
Especially since it is entriely possible that legally they were married. I am not sure it really matters if the intended bride is at the wedding, couldn't they just pretend the clone was a proxy-stand in?
Not for Lois who considered the clone as another woman. She'd want another wedding for herself, and Clark would want to give her that.
