Good point. Especially since it was an older Herb there than in season 4.
Actually the more I think about it, the crazier his not mentioning the curse at all them is.
Almost as crazy as their waiting several months to get married after the end of the wedding arc. That made zero sense to me. Especially since it is entriely possible that legally they were married. I am not sure it really matters if the intended bride is at the wedding, couldn't they just pretend the clone was a proxy-stand in?
