I always thought "clotted cream" was just the UK way of saying "whipped cream". I didn't know they were two separate things.
As to tea, I drink mine with milk & sugar. I also like green tea, which I drink plain. (I was going to say I drink it 'black', but that's not right. I drink it 'green'? )
