Lois: <calling B39 to return and pick up Clark> I am still angry at you for lieing to me.
Clark: See, I have to wait to implement the plan. Soft truths, soft truths.
Clark: <hyperventalating> She is opening my shirt.
Hence his dead stare while she was doing it.
CLARK: My sinister plot to get her to touch me everywhere did not work.
Clark: <evil smile> I still figured a way to get her to touch me more.
And everyone thought he was the good guy.
Clark: Oh no, have I tried to hard to get her to touch me?
