I think you have one too many uses of have in that sentance.
that Lois told Lex that Clark cheated on her with Cat. I am just glad that it is clear that Lois no longer believes this.
I do have to be a little "Lois, what are you doing" about it though. Won't this make it more likely for Lex to try to bump Clark off out of revenge, like he did to Ralph during "Another Lois"?
