Well, since I had said the same thing to try to ease Clark's guilt during PML, I am not sure there is any double standard invovled.
And again she does not see CK=SM. Although with his being so hurt, that suspicion would seem extremely unlikely.

I was hoping for some interaction between Lois and Clark where they were both fully conscious this part. At this point I gave up much hope for such.

Not to the point of having his memories back, but hopefully to the point where he is sure he is in reality and not just dreaming.
I was originally going to have him notice her in the background of the Superman photo, but I figured that she'd probably be too blurry to see properly.
