On Smallville Metropolis is three hours away and can be seen from the top of tallest windmill in town.

Smallville geography is very odd, what with tall pine trees and dam, so Metropolis may still have a bay! :rolleyes:

In the comics Lana either has red or blonde hair. In Superman III she was a red-head as portrayed by Annette O'Toole who is now Martha Kent on Smallville.
