Yeah - I don't get the whole 'I know a baby's personality at 3m' thing. Yeah some are easier to care for than others, but the idea that I know my child will be well suited for this profession or that profession or will make a good parent etc at 3m is ludicrous to me [of course, I can never tell who they look like either
