Imagine... if Sue wrote user manuals, you wouldn't have to tell people to RTFM - they'd actually do it on their own. Heck, the manuals would make the best-seller's list.
This made me laugh so hard I almost cried. If only that were true! It would be much less dull to write (or read) SOP's, training plans and all the freakin' documentation required for changes to the system if I was allowed spice it up a bit.
