I certainly echo everyone else's request for Clark to stand up for himself, but we already have seen Alt-Clark let Lana push him around, and our Clark never could bring himself to tell Mayson to her face he wasn't interested. Didn't Lois call him once a "doormat for women"?
On the other hand, one of the things that I found so attractive about Clark was how he wasn't afraid to stand up to Lois.
