Carol, I really like where this story is heading. It was good to see someone at the university who wasn't corrupt - and he played it just right. He's taking the allegations seriously, but in an effort to make sure he's safe regardless of the outcome, he isn't immediately making it 100% clear that he believes Lois.
I can't wait to see Paul get his comeuppance and (of course) for Lois and Clark to get closer.
