Hi, I just came to this discussion but I have some thoughts. I have to say I've been a little worried about using video tape from a copyrighted TV show and putting it with music that I'm SURE is copyrighted. The musician league is very serious about this stuff, wanting to be paid if a performer sings a song in a nightclub in Montana
, it wouldn't be a problem.
It seems to me that Ebay would have a policy against selling video tapes of recorded television programs and music that is bootlegged as well.
Maybe we should get the Musicians League after him
