Mayson took it well, I am very sorry for her. Yet, I am a little surprised that she didn't ask if "the right woman" is Lois.
This is an enchanting story and well written, too. Only I find it hard to believe that Clark is such a lunkhead that he can really believe that he could make love to another woman when Lois is so near.
