Now that I'm done explaining my postion as a diehard Lois fan, let me take off my Lois-colored glasses and say that I, too, really enjoyed how this argument was an argument of the very best kind - the kind where both parties get to explain what they felt and how hurt they were, and where both, as Wendy said, ended up giving a little. In other words, this could be a fresh start, a new foundation to build on, where both of them learn to understand the other one a little better. And hey, Clark is done lying to Lois!!!
Again, like others have said (not least Wendy), the revelation here is absolutely great, in a delightfully understated way.
