I agree with the Jack/Sam romance. Just enough of a tease, but never getting them together. I loved that time warp ep, especially at the end when Daniel asked Jack if he was tempted to do anything he normally wouldn't, and Jack just looked at Sam and grinned. And the not-getting-together isn't because of this plot line, or that character, but rather because of their jobs, so you're not frustrated (clone arc).
