And he's still in so much shock (or his super senses aren't quite all back yet) that he doesn't get overwhelmed by the intimacy of it, by the fact that she has slept in it, and it smells like her perfume. Maybe that's a good thing. It wouldn't be safe for the other guys to catch him burying his face in it to catch her scent.
