I am loving this story so much!!

I also noticed the color choices... Red boxers and a navy blue shirt??? Hmmmm.... goofy

I've noticed that in Lois' mind, she doesn't refer to Clark as "the prisoner". She says that when she's around Shadbolt or Longford, but she doesn't say it when she's thinking about him. She thinks of him as "Mr. Kent". This shows how far she's come. She thinks of him as a person with a name. Not just someone she has to guard. I'm looking forward to when she finds out his first name. smile

As for the talking (if there's not a physical reason), it must be difficult to start speaking when you haven't for seven years.....

Perry: (To Lois) Honey, this could be greatest story since Superman came to town. By-the-by, where is that husband of yours?
