I likely won't nominate just because I don't have the time to go through all the eligible stories. I'm afraid if I do nominate on incomplete information, that'll bias the results.

It makes me wonder if a story that's late in a year is more likely to be nominated just because the reader is more likely to remember the story. After nominations, people probably read the nominees since there aren't 200 to read, so there's a lower likelihood of temporal bias there.

I do expect to vote, though.
