Lois is (still) dead. As is Clark and Lois's baby boy. Not discussed very much in this version. This version of the story picks up after Clark tells Lois's parents the truth and goes very differently from there. While Clark does not actually commit suicide in this version, there is a lot of talk about it and he does attempt. So just giving you fair warning. But... he does live. So you can breathe easy.
Oh, and there's a little more backstory in here with how Clark coped up until this point- including his parent's role in it all.
