Oh, I just remembered something I saw in a writing book, once -- you set yourself a daily page goal, and if you don't want to write the story that day, instead you need to write a full page on *why* you're not writing <g> Eventually, your Muse is supposed to figure out that it's more fun writing fiction than excuses
