It's June. It's the big parade with all the Horseguards and is a big tourist draw. That's another reason they moved it to June. When the Queen was younger, she rode her horse Burmese in full uniform. Now that she's older, she uses one of the state carriages.
Someday I'd really like to see that.
I use as my authority Majesty magazine, the magazine of all things royal. My ancestors emigrated from Scotland, England and Ireland three generations ago and I've got nostalgia for the old sod.
And speaking of ANZAC day, we've seen the Memorial in Sydney and saw the movie "Gallipoli" there too.
