I agree that Clark certainly needs to tell Lois about his powers. But I, too, didn't mind so much that he didn't tell her before the wedding this time. Considering that that she is marrying him to stay out of foster care (and out of Aunt Louise's retirement community) and considering that she is not forseeing having intercourse with him any time soon (right now it may seem to her that she never will), it is not so overwhelmingly important that she knows about his powers right away. But of course, she does need to know before long.
