Actually, ShivaSaavik and I have an idea about that one. We've brainstormed about it a couple times, but as of now we have written the grand total of...nothing.
For what I remember, either Fate or Destiny screwed up and the other one gets the job of making sure that the soulmates get hooked up. When we finally get it written (as Lois said, "How long can you hold your breath?" <g>), it'll show up here.
