A wonderfully WAFFy, fantastic finale.
I liked how, after an entire story with Clark being blind, the story ends with Lois (temporarily) blinded (with tears of joy). A nice little bit of symmetry there.
Mayson gave Clark a kiss on his fury cheek.
His cheek was angry? ;-) Seriously, though, you probably want to add another 'r' to the word.
Lois said, “What the hell.” She stepped forward and gave Mayson a hug.
Perfect. That sounds so Lois.
“I felt ethically bound to do so,” Clark said, sounding a little too innocent.
At his side were his two best men. Jimmy and Shadow.
Best man and best dog?
“You can see,” he heard her whisper.
and
He had wanted his first image, assuming his sight had returned, to be of Lois walking down the aisle.
