I love it when Clark grows a backbone. Especially when it shows itself in the form of gentle resolve (as opposed to pouty self-righteousness which cannon Clark is occasionally prone to). Well done indeed.

I also loved the way your Clark convicted Daniel's conscience not by accusing him outright, but simply by being so graciously, gently, civilly...human.
