And I fully admit to the witness statement parts of phone conversation being inspired by the Brain Games episode where they stage a crime then talk about how open to suggestion/persuasion/manipulation eye-witness testimony can be... something as simple as 'was the suspect wearing a hat?' vs 'what color was the suspect's hat?' can produce memory editing...
