Re-emphasizing the glasses alone might work as the sole disguise. Heck, if it worked for Clark in the other universe, why wouldn't it work for Lois? It would be fitting that her disguise would match Clark's. Maybe a comment that Clark thinks she looks different than he thought she would look wearing glasses. alt-Clark would appreciate the irony of the glasses since he had to use them when he was helping Lois out in our universe. Even more fun, Clark would call himself a dope.
