Lately I've heard people use "sweet!" -- is that a regional thing, or more widespread?
Picked up the habit from the raft guides when I used to tackle white-water in Canada.

I'm Texas born and raised (Houston, to be exact), and "fixin' to" is a phrase I heard regularly while growing up...
And LOL. The bubble doesn't burst until people start saying it around me!
