The one that springs to my mind is from Home is Where the Hurt Is, where Lois says Superman is a sentimental softie, or something like that. They're in the newsroom and it's early on in the ep; Clark's not looking sick yet.
Hmmm, I don't remember this one at all, so I'll definitely have to rewatch this one.
