I am so glad Clark got back in the saddle, as it were. It's given him new strength and resolve already, you can tell. But will he be able to control himself and keep from hurting the bad guys?

I think you mean inexperienced. And yea that she is sticking up for Clark!

And Lois finally, *finally*, gets Clark's thoughts about Lex. You painted her panic in his house so well - adding in the Inferno painting was brilliant - and then the tears at apartment, too, like a dam breaking. And she is starting to soften towards Clark too, but I am still hoping that one day she gets the clue that puts the whole puzzle together.

This story gets better and better, Smirky. You have some serious talent.
