Didn't Tempus have a gun in Tempus Fugitive?

Either way Tempus probably forgot one teensy weensy thing; Lois knows Tae Kwando very well. Tempus will get cocky thinking about irony, Lois will kick the gun away, giving her enough time to either get the gun or call for Superman, and Tempus is defeated again.
