ASU rewrites - my favourite! And I love this one, Dave. Especially all the little details you've used to illustrate Clark's confusion and emotions. The scene at the police station with the claustrophobia, the emotions that Lois sparks in him and his misinterpretation of them, the confusing kicking in of his powers and his subconscious, automatic correction of them, that Janet's already mentioned.

Wonderfully observed.
