Clark is a Cuban dancer in that part, we know this because it is a spoof of "I Love Lucy" with him playing the part of Ricky, and Ricky is Cuban.
That said, that was one of my most favorite parts of the TV show. I think they did it really good. It captured Clark's fear well.
