Clark is definitely expressive, LMA, and watching that play out in front of Luthor is hilarious. I admit that I've rewound and watched some scenes over and over again to capture the nuances of his expressions and body language around Luthor. One of my favorites is their first 'meeting,' because Clark betrays nor eaction to having a sword at his throat, being caught by a billionaire sneaking around his office, or being slighted so that Lois can get in an 'in' with the famous Luthor. In fact, his smirk and such when he lets Luthor go before him out to the balcony is one of the things I remember noticing and being intrigued by the very first time I watched the pilot. So I'm glad Clark and Luthor's interactions here alluded back to those first moments! smile

And thank you for the excitement about the new story -- it may be a bit, since it's only in planning stages, and I'm finishing up an OUaT story currently, but I'm hoping it'll be here sometime this year.
