I think this reads, ‘Superman Reads the Braille Version of The Paris Bulletin.’ If it doesn’t, please let me know.
Not bad, but the syntax could indeed be better. Here are two alternatives:
Superman lit la version braille de Paris Bulletin
or
Superman lit le Paris Bulletin
en braille I think what doesn't work is that "Paris Bulletin" inherently sounds like an English newspaper name. French newspaper names are more artistic -- see the link below under "les quotidiens nationaux":
