I guess whether Clark has changed the past again would depend on whether Lois would have broken this case without him - or, would Lois, once Clark changed the past by telling her she was drugged, have eventually broken the story? If that's the case, then there would be no further changes to the past just because Clark helped her do it.(Okay, now I've got that headache again

Isn't it possible Henderson would recognize Clark down the road and think, "hey, Kent looks an awful lot like Charlie King..."
