Great little ficlet, NK! Short, but super-sweet. Clark's persistence is such a huge part of his character, it's what makes him good as Superman where all these other heroes might waver.
I don't think the tone of this matches any sort of stalker-ish impressions. This piece is definitely more focused on his feelings for Lois, and even though Lois said no to his proposal in the episode it wasn't a hard no-i-never-want-to-see-you-again thing. She turned down his proposal, but she didn't hate him. Makes a difference to his reaction. But that being said, I think there's great potential for a story there with a much darker twist,
