If Lois landed before she left, how did she not meet herself? Is this an alternate timeline or her conscience merged with her pre-time travel self? I have never seen the movie, so I don't know what to expect, but I'm loving this story. More, please! Andreia If I remember correctly the time-related mechanisms of travel here are extremely different than the movie. If I remember correctly the guy had to dress completely for the period with (almost) nothing that would be anachronistic to the time period being travelled to. He left a (modern) penny in his pocket as a "get out of jail free card" and accidentally triggered him returning to the (then) modern era. Let's just say that the mechanism of travel here (time tunnels) sounds a LOT more plausible.
CLARK: No. I'm just worried I'm a jinx. JONATHAN: A jinx? CLARK: Yeah. Let's face it, ever since she's known me, Lois's been kidnapped, frozen, pushed off buildings, almost stabbed, poisoned, buried alive and who knows what else, and it's all because of me. -"Contact" (You're not her jinx, you're her blessing.)
