Personally, I have all HP products. I have had good luck with them including a still working HP laptop from January 2000. It is a dinosaur but it works fine for word processing.
I may have to jokingly hate you because I'm a walking horror story of HP products from printers falling apart to computers being lost during repair. :p
But I will ditto the statement above me to cause a ruckus if necessary! I say 'jump' and HP says 'how high'.
