Here in New Zealand peanut butter sandwiches are eaten, but to my knowledge not with jam (jelly). Personally, I hate peanut butter - or anything involving nuts (I'm not allergic, just don't like the taste).
Like in Australia, Vegemite is also a popular spread here, probably more so than Marmite which is similar. Jam and Honey and the other popular spreads.
