It looks like you both are doing well, overall. I'm so sorry to hear about your laptop misadventures, Carol. That must be frustrating!
I was right on target until I hit a point in the story where I realized that I needed to do serious research on quantum theory and consciousness in order to realistically pull off the story (neither one even close to my area of expertise). So, instead of writing my quota last night, I spent the time doing research. I actually like how the draft is shaping up...it's just not long enough.
Quick Whine: Can't we move NaNoWriMo to June? I'm a teacher, and I'd have plenty of time then. Right now, I'm having trouble keeping up. I could definitely use some encouragement.
