Here's some Russian, Yvonne wink :

A: Privet (informal hello)
B: Dobriy den, kak zhiviotsa? (good day, how's life?)
A: Ne ploho, sposibo. (Not bad, thanks)

A formal hello would be "zdrastvuy" or "zdtrastvuyte," the latter being plural - the plural is used for formal greetings the way it is in French, so it can be used to adress an adult or someone superior to you.

Mulder: Imagine if you could come back and take out five people who had caused you to suffer. Who would they be?
Scully: I only get five?
Mulder: I remembered your birthday this year, didn't I, Scully?
