I loved this story!!!!!

Quote
Clark smiled. Their daily battle had begun. laugh
I loved how you made this a daily "battle"

Quote
He glared at her. The breakfast issue was an old fight – basically, she wouldn’t eat if he didn’t cook, but if she didn’t eat, she got really cranky. Several months into their marriage he finally told her that if she wanted to eat in the mornings, she needed to arrange it herself. The end result was that Lois was fairly disagreeable most days around 11 am, because she would rather use her time in the mornings to sleep instead of cook. But if she could get him to do it…
It's like Perry said in an episode: "you know that boy would walk on water for you...or drown trying"

Great, Great job thumbsup

Clark: "Can I have a rat chief? Can I, huh? Please?"

Perry: "Clark, do you want me to send you to the dark room?"

Clark: "The dark room?"

I have no time to quote, unfortunately, but that was completely adorable! And beautifully written, too. You didn't need that beta you didn't have.

Lovely! Please come back with more stories!

She's as bad as my kids! wink

Do you know the most surprising thing about divorce? It doesn't actually kill you, like a bullet to the heart or a head-on car wreck. It should. When someone you've promised to cherish till death do you part says, "I never loved you," it should kill you instantly.

Athos: If you'd told us what you were doing, we might have been able to plan this properly.
Aramis: Yes, sorry.
Athos: No, no, by all means, let's keep things suicidal.

Lovely story, you had me smiling all the time. smile1 As said before, it's SO L&C.

I wouldn't mind waking up at 4am if it'd be like that every morning

Beta? Bah. Please don't change a word!

This has been a not-so-great day in the middle of a very busy, very stressful week, and I can't tell you what a bright spot your story was for me. It was everything the others have said - cute, funny, WAFFY, and so in-character - and it was also exactly what I needed to read when I needed to read it. So thank you!

I do hope you have some more where this came from smile

Best,

Caroline

Ah so adorable! Lois sounds like me in the morning.

Quote
Grabbing the pillow and all the bedclothes, he yanked them off the bed and onto the floor. She wailed, "Nnnnnoooo!"
Yup, that's happened to me.

As for the food - not anymore. My hubbie irons my clothes for me since I don't wake up early enough. (I'm too lazy to do it at any other time either.)

It was a darling way to spend time after work smile I'm glad I've had a WAFFy dose today!

I've converted to lurk-ism... hopefully only temporary.
