Wow. Thanks for all the comments! Things like reminders about grainy footage and other little details are sometimes quite helpful for future chapters. Sometimes, of course, I've planned things the way they are since the beginning of the story.
Snave, you mind be interested to note that I found a blog with bits from an actual Daily Planet produced by DC comics back in 1988.
