Like LabRat, none of the options above apply to me. Admittedly, I don't write original characters all that often,
but when I do I just think for a moment to see if a name pops into my head, and if one doesn't I think of some random first names and see if any surname occurs to me as suitable.
Chris, you've probably had much more need to find original character names than I have! You wrote some terrific and well-developed original characters in Extraordinary Man II, just for starters.
How on earth would one use 'numerology' to choose a name?
