OP Bitten Blogger B Joined: Nov 2020 Posts: 23 the attic	Does anyone remember an episode where Superman stops a criminal by bending a street sign or lamp post around them? He has the bad guy, needs to go somewhere else, and wraps a street sign around him until the cops get there. (might be a case of me mixing up mediums) (❁´◡`❁)

So, Mr. Make-Up appeared in the Episode "Witness" In Season 1, COTOC is an Episode in Season 3. So if he does this in the latter Episode, it was another bad guy. Up, up and away - to the next fanfic.

OP Bitten Blogger B Joined: Nov 2020 Posts: 23 the attic	COTOC's bad guy is Anonymous who, like Mr. Makeup, uses make-up to transform himself into different people. A very understandable mix-up. The scene's at a little past the 42-minute mark of COTOC. Thank you guys!! (❁´◡`❁)
