Does anyone remember an episode where Superman stops a criminal by bending a street sign or lamp post around them? He has the bad guy, needs to go somewhere else, and wraps a street sign around him until the cops get there. (might be a case of me mixing up mediums)

It was at least in one episode, the one with mr makeup, I think. Second season maybe, I don’t remember the name

" Chip off the Old Clark" (season 3 ) has Superman wrap a bad guy (Mr. Makeup?) in a stop sign at a bus stop .

So, Mr. Make-Up appeared in the Episode "Witness" In Season 1, COTOC is an Episode in Season 3. So if he does this in the latter Episode, it was another bad guy.

COTOC's bad guy is Anonymous who, like Mr. Makeup, uses make-up to transform himself into different people. A very understandable mix-up.
