As many of you may know, I've been expecting twin girls. My due date was 9/6, but due to both being breech, I was scheduled to have them via C-section on 8/27. Wellll...they decided to come early. On 8/27, a routine check with the doctor showed early signs of pre-eclampsia. The girls were delivered that night. Ashley Rose was born at 9:51pm. She came in at 18.5" and 6 pounds. Kayla Dawn was born at 9:52pm. She came in at 17" and 5 pounds 2 ounces. Both are perfectly healthy and didn't need any time in the NICU at all. (They were born at 37 weeks 6 days.) Here they are! (Don't worry, I DO have Supergirl outfits for when they are a little bigger!!!) Thanks, everyone! We are exhausted but in absolute Heaven. Virginia - that was like the one totally alert moment of the day!  They sleep most of the time now - which is the only reason why I'm getting a moment to come on here.  Christina - Not much longer for you now, right?

Awww, thanks everyone.  Christina - Wow, any day? Enjoy the last bit of time before he comes. (Of course, it's more fun when the baby is here!) ChiefPam - High school? I feel like *I* just left high school! (2000 Grad here - yikes!) Lynn - Awww, thank you! That's quite the compliment.  We definitely tried to make cuties.
