This part is certainly lovely.
You certainly caught me out at the beginning of this part. I too thought that Lois had discovered his other identity. Well done!
I understand what Clark/Superman is meaning by not telling Lois his name, and very glad that Lois also understands.
I hope he doesn't keep her in the dark too long, though. Somehow I feel Lois might lose patience.
Of course, she might discover who he really is by herself. I hope she believes in the person she has been privileged to meet and not his reputation.
But I'm enjoying this story and very happy to go where you lead us.
